Insurance
All of our customers that rent a trailer are responsible for their own insurance. Each trailer rented from Prime Trailer Lease, Inc. Needs to be added to the Physical Damage Policy
Equipment Inspection and Charges
Before picking up the trailer one of our sales team members will make a physical inspection of the trailer. This includes checking all the lights to make sure they are all working, checking to make sure there are no air leaks and measuring the tires and brakes. upon return there is a $20 fee per mm for tires and brakes, if the trailer is returned with a higher measurement on the tires and brakes there will be a credit of $20 per mm. All of our trailers come with unlimited miles so there will be no charge per mile.
Month to Month Rentals
We understand the importance of on time delivery and reliability when it comes to logistics. Thats why we offer a wide range of rental plans to suit your unique business needs. Wheather you need a long term rental or a short term one, we got you covered!
- 6 month rental starts at $400 to $1000 per month depending on the year
- Month to month rentals are $50 extra per month
